By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

Nature of Services

HipNexus provides digital and creative services, including:

  • Web UI/UX Design
  • Mobile App UI/UX Design
  • Dashboard UI/UX Design
  • Landing Page Design
  • Digital Product Design
  • Product Research & Planning

Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The project has not yet started
  • Duplicate payment was made by mistake
  • HipNexus is unable to deliver the agreed service

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

  • Work has already been started or completed
  • Design concepts or drafts have been delivered
  • Delays are caused by lack of client communication or feedback
  • The client changes project requirements after work begins
  • The client is dissatisfied due to personal preference after revisions are provided

Revision Policy

We provide revisions according to the selected package or project agreement. Clients are encouraged to provide clear feedback during the revision process to ensure project satisfaction.

Project Cancellation

Clients may request project cancellation before work begins. Once design work, research, or planning has started, partial or full refunds may not be available depending on completed work.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact HipNexus directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Unauthorized chargebacks for completed or ongoing work may result in suspension of services and legal action if necessary.

Processing Time

Approved refunds may take several business days to process depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Changes to This Refund Policy

HipNexus reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
