At HipNexus, we understand that project requirements and business priorities may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of our services and projects.

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy.

Project Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation of a project or service by contacting HipNexus directly through email or official communication channels.

Cancellation requests must include relevant project details and the reason for cancellation.

Cancellation Before Project Start

If a cancellation request is made before any work has started, clients may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the payment status and administrative costs involved.

Cancellation After Project Start

Once project work, research, planning, wireframing, or design has begun, cancellation requests may not qualify for a full refund.

HipNexus reserves the right to retain payment for work already completed, hours invested, and resources allocated to the project.

Non-Cancellable Services

The following situations may not qualify for cancellation or refunds:

  • Completed design work or delivered files
  • Projects in advanced development or revision stages
  • Approved concepts or finalized deliverables
  • Delays caused by lack of client communication or feedback
  • Custom strategy, research, or consultation services already provided

Subscription or Ongoing Services

For ongoing or recurring services, clients may request cancellation before the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests submitted after billing may apply to the following billing period.

Project Delays

HipNexus is not responsible for project delays caused by incomplete information, delayed approvals, or lack of communication from the client.

Cancellation by HipNexus

HipNexus reserves the right to cancel or suspend services under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions
  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior
  • Failure to provide required project information
  • Non-payment or payment disputes
  • Unlawful use of our services

Refunds After Cancellation

Any refund issued after cancellation will be determined based on the amount of work completed and expenses already incurred by HipNexus.

Approved refunds may take several business days to process depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Changes to This Cancellation Policy

HipNexus may update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
